We collect this information directly from you, either during a phone call with our AI-assisted receptionist or in person with our staff.

When you provide your mobile phone number to BJO Veterinarian during a booking, you are consenting to receive transactional SMS messages from us related to your appointment, including confirmations, day-of reminders, and pickup/ready notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never share your mobile number, consent information, or any other personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with:
