These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the BJO Veterinarian appointment notification text messaging program, operated by BJO Ventures LLC ("BJO Veterinarian," "we," "us," "our"). By providing your mobile number to BJO Veterinarian, you agree to these terms.
BJO Veterinarian Appointment Notifications.
BJO Veterinarian Appointment Notifications is a transactional SMS service that sends appointment-related text messages to horse owners who have scheduled veterinary services with us. Message types include:
This is not a marketing or promotional program. You will only receive messages related to appointments that you personally booked with BJO Veterinarian.
You opt in by providing your mobile number to BJO Veterinarian when you call our practice to schedule an appointment. By providing your number during booking, you expressly consent to receive the transactional SMS messages described above at that number. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from BJO Veterinarian — if you prefer, we can communicate with you exclusively by phone call.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments. You can typically expect up to five (5) messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, pickup notification, and any operational updates).
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier will apply to any messages sent to or received from BJO Veterinarian. BJO Veterinarian is not responsible for any charges your carrier bills you for participating in this program. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from BJO Veterinarian and you will be unsubscribed. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message. You will not receive any more SMS messages from us unless you opt back in by contacting us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers.
Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide, including your mobile phone number, is used only to deliver the messages described in these Terms and to provide veterinary services. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, consent information, or any other personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile device, or have permission from the account holder, to enroll in this program.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
